Snug
Last updated 4 October 2026
Snug is an app from Spremt Labs Limited, Ireland. It logs a baby's sleep and works out when the next nap should start. This page says what it keeps, where, and how to delete it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@spremtlabs.com.
Snug has no account and asks for no email address, contacts, location or photos.
Everything stays on your phone until you share it.
When you tap Send a link, the baby's details and the sleep log are copied to our database, run by Supabase on servers in the European Union (Ireland), so that every phone holding the link sees the same day. The link carries a long random key, and only someone holding the link can read or change that log. We store a scrambled form of the key, never the key itself.
Nap and bedtime reminders are set on your phone. Nothing is sent to us to make them.
Snug is free for 7 days. After that, the nap times are a one-off payment through Google Play. Google takes the payment, and Snug never sees your card or bank details. Google tells the app whether the Google account on the phone has paid.
If the log is shared, the shared copy also records that a phone in it has paid, so every phone with the link gets the nap times. It records nothing else about the payment.
Snug sends us a short message the first time it opens each day, when setup is done, and when the free week starts and ends. It sends one when someone taps to pay or restore a payment, with what Google Play answered, and when a log is shared or deleted. Each message says which step it was, the day of the free week, how many sleeps are logged and the app version. It holds no name, no sleep times and nothing that identifies you or your phone. We use the messages to count how many people reach each step.
The messages go to PostHog, which stores them on servers in the European Union. PostHog throws away the phone's IP address when a message arrives.
Snug shows no ads, sells nothing about you, and follows no one across other apps or websites.
Snug is for parents and carers. It holds what a parent enters about a baby, and it is not directed at children.
If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
