Baby Nap Track
Last updated 6 October 2026
Baby Nap Track is an app from Spremt Labs Limited, Ireland. It logs a baby's sleep and works out when the next nap should start. This page says what it keeps, where, and how to delete it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@spremtlabs.com.
Baby Nap Track has no account and asks for no contacts, location or photos. It asks for an email address only in the help chat, and only if you want the answer sent there too.
Everything stays on your phone until you share it.
When you tap Send a link, the baby's details and the sleep log are copied to our database, run by Supabase on servers in the European Union (Ireland), so that every phone holding the link sees the same day. The link carries a long random key, and only someone holding the link can read or change that log. We store a scrambled form of the key, never the key itself.
The help icon in the corner opens a chat with us. What you type there is saved in our database, run by Supabase in the European Union (Ireland), and a person here reads it and answers in the same chat. If you leave an email address, we keep it with the chat and send the answer there too. We use the chat to answer you and for nothing else. Email hello@spremtlabs.com and we will delete it.
Nap and bedtime reminders are set on your phone. Nothing is sent to us to make them.
Baby Nap Track is free for 7 days. After that, the nap times are a one-off payment through Google Play. Google takes the payment, and Baby Nap Track never sees your card or bank details. Google tells the app whether the Google account on the phone has paid.
If the log is shared, the shared copy also records that a phone in it has paid, so every phone with the link gets the nap times. It records nothing else about the payment.
Baby Nap Track sends us a short message the first time it opens each day, when setup is done, and when the free week starts and ends. It sends one when someone taps to pay or restore a payment, with what Google Play answered, and when a log is shared or deleted. Each message says which step it was, the day of the free week, how many sleeps are logged and the app version. It holds no name, no sleep times and nothing that identifies you or your phone. We use the messages to count how many people reach each step.
The first message also says where Google Play installed Baby Nap Track from: the source, medium and campaign name of the link, and whether an ad brought you. It never sends an ad's click ID.
The messages go to PostHog, which stores them on servers in the European Union. PostHog throws away the phone's IP address when a message arrives.
The Baby Nap Track pages on this website count each visit and each tap on the Google Play button. We see which page was opened and which ad or link brought you there. The count uses no cookies and keeps nothing on your phone or computer. It goes to PostHog in the European Union too.
Baby Nap Track shows no ads, sells nothing about you, and follows no one across other apps or websites.
Baby Nap Track is for parents and carers. It holds what a parent enters about a baby, and it is not directed at children.
If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
